SAP note 2406475 delivers the functionality for subleases.

For the calculations:

255105 - Explanation of calculations IFRS 16 / US GAAP ASC 842
2699475 - Interest Calculation Method in Real Estate Leasing Valuation - IFRS16

Thanks David. Sorry for the late reply. I have successfully created subleases and had made adjustments on the head lease. 😊 the documentation from sap helps a bit but you really need to do some technical fiddling in the system.
