System Status ITRP

After clicking change button of purchase order in SRM 5.0 (extended classic scenario), am getting the message System Status ITRP is active. After clicking ok, purchase order is not open for change. What does this mean and why can't the purchase order be changed?

Hi Reddy,

Thank you for the quick response. The PO has already replicated to the backend and is in ordered status. I am trying to modify by adding additional quantities. I did go ahead and try your suggestion and ran BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC but there was no change. Do you have any other suggestions?

Hi All,

Please use function module CRM_STATUS_UPDATE to resolve this issue and to mark ITRP status (I1181) as Inactive.

Give X as input to the import parameter No_Workflows and then enter the Client, obj. GUID, Status number and X (in the Inactive I) field in the JEST_UPD table and then execute the function module.

This would mark the ITRP status as Inactive and the P.O can be changed without any issue.

Hi

ITRP status is shown when the PO is item in transfer process to backend. At this moment, we cant change the PO.

Once the PO is transfered to backend, try to change the PO.

If the ITRP is not changed, try to run the FM BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC to change the status to ordered.
