SQL error 12571 occurred; work process in reconnect status

Hi Experts,

I have a problem in my production system. My installation is SAP ECC 6.0 with oracle10g+windows 2003.

In st22 I have a lot of "DBIF_REPO_SQL_ERROR" errors.

St21 show errors below:
