Delete entries from BSAS table

Hi Team,

I have an requirement that I need to delete entries in BSAS table, so could you please suggest me BAPI for deleting entries in BSAS.

Hi Shabari,

No BAPI to delete entries in BSAS. only option is to archive.

BSAS is an secondary table for cleared open items for GL accounts. The former line items will still be in BSEG.

Hi,

Please, verify your requirements, because they don't make sense. You are not supposed to just 'delete' accounting documents, not mentioning the fact that BSAS constitutes only part of a data domain for FI documents. So, check with your client what really is required. If they meant 'archiving', still, it cannot apply just to BSAS, but to entire object of FI document. If this is the case, browse the forums: you will find plenty of documents regarding archiving activities.

Archive is not like ... I remove these entries from this table ....

it's more like ..... I move all of these entries from all these tables to keep my data consistent across the system.
