Assigning MIC to inspection lot

Dear all,

I have created around 15 MICs in the system.

I am trying to assign these MIC in inspection lot in QA32.

In QA32 I select the lot & click on 'Result' icon.

In the next screen I follow path, 'Edit--- Create additional characteristics'

A pop up appears. I give required input but no MIC is displayed.

Please help me to solve this problem.

Am I doing anything wrong?

Dear Friend

Rather doing like that there is a standard way to attach the mics all at once

1) Kindly create an inspection plan (QP01) for the material and attach all the mics in this

2) Make sure that for the mateiral in material master in QM view > Inspection set up > ticks are present for > Inspection by task list, check char and automatic assignment

3) Once the inspection plan is created you may assign it to inspection lot through QA02, > Inspection spec > Click on the Task/spec list button and in SAmple tab calculate the sample and save
