Subaccount 'trial' Under Domain 'i3****4trial' for SAP Cloud Platform Cloud Foundry Was Deleted

Dear Colleagues,

My Cloud Foundry subaccount ‘trial’ under domain ‘i3****4trial’ was deleted by mistake, and I cannot create a new one by myself now. Could you please help to create it or how can I resolve this issue?

I can create subaccount under any other domain, but it cannot be used for development...

Hi Amy,

Subaccount names need to be unique across all trial accounts. Can you please try to create one with a different name?

Thanks for your response! I have tried to create subaccount 'demotrial' under under domain ‘i3****4trial’, still failed. Seems the issue is that I cannot create any subaccount under this domain.... Any idea about it?

Hi Amy,

the names need to be unique accross all trial account. I would recomment that you use your user id in combination with "trial" e.g. i3****4trial as a subaccount name.
