How to activate Job template to Fiori App in S/4 HANA

The Solution:

In customizing for job template have to be maintained. Go to SPRO - SAP NetWeaver - Application Server - System Administration - Activation of Scope-Dependent Application Job Catalog Entries and Maintain your Job Catalog.

It's simple enough...

You can look at how other job templates are defined in the Job Catalog in GUI Transaction SAPJ.

There are detailed steps in the General Functions for Key Users section on Application Jobs.
