closing controlling period

Hi Everyone

I am facing a problem. My company use ECC 6 version. And controlling period remain open for all the period valid for controlling area (01.04.2009 to 31.03.9999). As a result controlling posting (i.e. Reposting of cost center or settlement in controlling) sometimes done in past or future date. We Cane lock or open period through T-Code OKP2.But we need to block all the period first. That is from 01.04.2009 to 31.03.9999.manually doing this make no sense. Can any one helps how can I close controlling period to solve this problem
