Community transit under NCTS

We have a requirement to move goods (BWH duty suspended) from our customs warehouse under the community transit process using NCTS. All the documentation i have seen assumes its travelling under transit from the UK to an EU member. We want to discharge from our bond to and transfer to an EU bond.

we would need to apply for NCTS under the simplified procedure but i am unclear how this works in GTS.

Hi Jason,

If I have understood your posting correctly, you are talking about transferring BWH goods to another BWH inside the EU.

GTS doesn't support such BWH-to-BWH moves as standard. A little configuration and BAdI coding is needed, to identify the situation in the ERP system and to over-ride the control logic for the Billing Document transfer to GTS. Your GTS consultant should be able to help with that.
