One of my client want to depreciate the value(single Quantity material)(Finished good) every month .is there any way to depreciate the COGS value every month.

Not sure what that means, but there is no such feature for Materials
You can convert the material into Fixed asset (Mov Type 241) and then the asset can depreciate every month
