unable to change shopping cart after rejected by approver

Hi All,

I have a scenario where after shopping cart is rejected, the initiator of the shopping cart is unable to make change. Change button is not displayed.

We are n SRM 5.0, 550server, SP14. I have checked personalization (set to '2'). Even tried increasing the personalization to med and high. BBP_WFL_SECURE_BADI is implemented and is active too. workflow is triggering properly to approver and after rejection, comes back to initiator. I checked notes and could not find appropriate ones.

Please help out here if there are any notes or if I am missing any config or security settings. Infact the authorization roles of the initiator has been set to Low(personalization).

Note was applied and problem fixed. Security Personalization of 'Low' will need to be set and note had to be applied.

Hi,

Sample code provided by SAP within badi BBP_WFL_SECUR_BADI always returns "0" as security level.

If you do not have your own code in this badi, you could deactivate it and test the issue.

Check also note 1397991, it shows how to check these settings.
