where will I get a purchase register which containes Material+po item value + Material documentGR valueQtyPlantStockInvoice valueTaxes & duties. This is required for statutory purpose in Indian localisation. kindly guide me.

Try with ME80fn Tcode, with Changing the view into Purchase order History. If u want u can add few more data from the layout as well.

ME80fn is a good report, but it does not give issue details of material and which plant is available and in which plant it is consumed. Any more details pl.

There is no report which will fulfill all your requirements for a Purchase Register. You will have to develop a report for this.
