Session Sync From EP to ECC

Hi,

We have several Abap Webdynpro Application which are running as Iviews in SAP EP 7.0. Now, when some navigations or if some action gets triggered in Abap Webdynpro Application, the user session in ECC is refreshed as the application process is running in ECC. But we want the session to be refreshed in EP as well and hence wants the ECC server to either (1) Inform Portal when ever session in ecc is refreshed or if any action or navigation is performed in abap webdynpro, or, (2) make the Portal session in sync with ECC. We donu2019t want to achieve this functionality by inserting some code in all the Application logic but want it to be placed in a common place so all the existing applications and new applications will work utilize this common logic, without any code change. (Some thing similar to SSO, one configuration for complete integration)

Is there any configuration or procedure for doing the same?

It would be very helpful if you can guide me on this. Please suggest.

Thanks in advance.
