How to change the CR status

Hello Experts

I have an issue related to CR status.

One CR was approved at all levels and it got stuck at "Approved - to be replicated" status instead of Final check approved. Changes replicated in the back end system. Don't know why the status did not change to Final check approved in MDG.

But now we want to change the status to Final check approved.

Is it possible, if yes then kindly suggest the solution.

Try approving via Tcode SWO1 - Business object BUS2250 and your CR no -> chose Activate_2 method and approve if no error CR will approved further .

Hi Abhishek,

Does the validation log give any indication as to what may have gone wrong?

Also, is the work item assigned to anyone at this point? I am guessing not as the changes have already replicated to the target system.

Check any workitem struck in transaction SWPR or SWPC ans release it from there.
