Crystal Reports 2016 crashs after startup (windows 10)

Hi

I've installed CR 2016 SP5. But when I start Crystal Reports it opens an crashs right before it displays the start tab.

If I run CR2016 under windows 7 compatibility mode it starts and I can open reports. But I cannot refresh datasourcepaths.

Any help appreciated.

During installation I got the following Errors/Warnings.

Errors/Warnings found during the installation are as follows
