SH address change in sub item if main item SH address changed

Hi

I have a requirement to change the Ship-to party address in main item level and if do so the corresponding sub items should also be updated with the new address as in main item. We are using One time Ship-to party.

For example

I have a order with

10 Main item A (Ship-to party-999999=address #10, abc street, chennai)

11 Sub item X (Ship-to party-999999=address #10, abc street, chennai)

12 Sub item Y (Ship-to party-999999=address #10, abc street, chennai)

and now if i change the address of the main item then its sub items address also should be changed like main item

10 Main item A (Ship-to party-999999=address #20, mno street, bangalore)

11 Sub item X (Ship-to party-999999=address #20, mno street, bangalore)

12 Sub item Y (Ship-to party-999999=address #20, mno street, bangalore)

but in standard SAP it is not possible to achieve this. when i changed the address of main item it is not changing the sub items.

Please help me to achieve this by using any userexits or any workarounds.

Hi Rajkumar,

If your sales order has only one 'Main Item' (i.e. Main item A only) then change the ship to party at the header level. It will be applied to all line items.

In standard SAP I do not think there is an alternative.

Hi

There are several other items exists in the order and those ship-to addresses should not be changed. The requirement is only for the particular main and sub items.
