Former Member

Hi,

We had a final product which is driven by MTO , and has it own BOM, routing ,etc..

Cost estimate run and giving the details of material and cost breakup.

When i check the Co03 -> cost analysis it is giving only overhead cost not by material wise cost.

How to fix this.

All material movement were happend.

Thanks

Dear A.Gururajan,

1) Check in Routing whether activity types are given or not

2) in work center costing tab check the formulas

3) check the control key if costing is allowed

4) check in KP26, whether price is assigned to Activity types or not

Dear A.Gururajan,

check in order itself for all components whether Costing relevancy indicator is having X or not

Hi Kumar,

Thanks for reply.

In order when i check components there is no X . it should come automatically from BOM.

In BOM X is maintained .

Please note that order is craeted from sale order ( MTO)

Requirement type is KE and reqt clas is 40.

When i create normal order it is working fine.

Dear Gururajan,

how this order is created, Via CO01 or CO08 or converting from plan order to Production order

Hi ,

Based on sale order , planned order is created after MRP and then converted to production order.
