Wage type catalouge

Hello Experts,

I m creating wage type catalouge,& in my Basic pay(0008),the components are Basic salary,Convync,HRA & Special consideraion(balance/Adjusteable amount).

i have copied the std WT MB10-for Basic salary,M230-For HRA,M220-for fixed conveyance,But for Special Consideration what std wage types can be copied?more over other then this four there are some wage types(Earning)which are variable & are not regular payments,so if i defult my WT(above 4 fixed),then wat abt this additional earings??

Also one grp of Employees have there basic as 45% of CTC..how to configure this,& what all possible WT to be configured for 0008.

Plz suggest

    Hi,

    SAP has given model wage types for creating custom wage types this dosent means that they exactly fit into yours requirements. Rest of the things to be managed by Indirect valuation modules

    for Basic Salary to be 45% of CTC can be done by ANSAL and Annual Salary.

    for Variable payments use IT 0014 and 0015
