Hi All ,
There is approx. 400 sap personnel numbers to be deleted from Production.
What is your recommendation for the process? How should this exercise be done in Production.
Please advise.
Thanks and Regards ,
Shivangi

Hi,
I am Not V sure if the report is executable in Live Client.
Another Alternative which we adopted is an LSMW recording of PU00 & used it for mass deletion.
You can explore this option also....

Hi,
The proper way is to use RPUDELPN as mentioned by the gurus.
However, pls make sure that this program is run in production system.
If not, you may need to change the system behavior from production to test for a while (via SCC4).
One more point to mention:
Are you using internal or external number assignment ?
If you're using internal numbering, then the personnel numbers of the deleted employees will constitute a gap in you numbering system.
You may switch to external numbering and fill these numbers with new employee.
