User Account Related Issue

Hi,

I am into a support project of SAP EP. Here I am facing this issue many times.

Many Users are complainig that they are getting other users account information even though they have provided with their account no.

I am expecting you guys to advice me the possible areas effecting with this type of issue.

Vardhan,

1. Dont you think the information regarding you EP version and sp level would have been handy?

2. Did you try checking the logs w.r.t the time stamp when the users were complaining?

3. Is there any backend system involved in your scenario?

Log on to the portal with http://<FQDN>:<portnumber>/useradmin/index.jsp ,

there you find a button "Configuration" under that you would find datasource, check what you find there and revert.

ooops.. sorry,

Thz z the version EP 7.0 2004s sp11 with NWDI environment 7.0 sp11.

The actual situation is user can able to login to his account and he want to see his account information by providing his account no.

Thn he is getting other User account information.

Tht z the actual prblm.

Update regarding checking of log files I will reply u at n8 time and

1-SAP AR is the backend system.

Hi,

In this link http://<FQDN>:portno/useradmin/index.jsp and under data source i found,

"data source: datasourceConfiguration_XXXXXXX_netscape_deep_readonly_db.xml"

"data source file name : dataSourceConfiguration_XXXXXXX_netscape_deep_readonly_db.xml"

and when I tried to download the link for the file which is specified there.

I got error msg as " The system cannot locate the object"
