S_ALR_87100185 - Actual Costs for Each Month (Current Fiscal Year)

S_ALR_87100187 - Commitments for Each Month (Current Fiscal Year)

S_ALR_87100188 - Cumulated Actual Costs

The reports above are in SAP set up to run Jan to Dec year.

Our financial period is July to June year.

I have been advised we need to have the reports configured etc by SAP support consultants.

My questions are

1. Iis there a setting in the back ground which can allow the reports to print for the period July to June

2. does SAP operate so that there are other T codes which perform the same function but report July to June

3. any other suggestions appreciated

Also looking for cost centre reports which will report like abov ereports.

Hello,

I think you just need to change the column settings once you have to report output, go to Settings > Column Display, rearrange the columns by deselecting and adding in position you want them. Save the report layout to have it next time as well.

For the Reports:

S_ALR_87100185 - Actual Costs for Each Month (Current Fiscal Year)

S_ALR_87100187 - Commitments for Each Month (Current Fiscal Year)

S_ALR_87100188 - Cumulated Actual Costs

go to CJE5 and select the form type:

1) 3CST1

2) 3CST3

3) 3CST4

and double click on the month and in the following screen for the period change to the first month of your fiscal year e;g July in your case. and Save and execute.
