CRM practisioner to learn BO

Hi,

I would like some guidance to learn SAP BO , my background is SAP CRM functional and would like to move to BO, I do not know BI, please let me know the direction I should take that would help me to transition to BO.

I have downloaded BO Edge and installed, I have the links to product documentations but what is confusing is that there are too many.

Also, do let me know what kind of job profile would be required for a BO resource.
