Customer return of 3PL Orders

Hi Experts ,

I have a scenario to advise where the requirement is sales orders return need to be return to the different warehouse from there it has been shipped.

We know that as soon as we pass the reference of SO the return will get routed to actual warehouse from where the product has been shipped.

Can anyone have any idea that how to solution this.

Hi Ashish,

Please find the below solution steps:

You can see in the below Sales Order: 2433 with Ship From Site : P1123, External Warehouse.

We processed Outbound Delivery from P1123, External Warehouse.

Now, as per your requirement, you want to change the Warehouse at the time of Customer Return Notification as shown below:
