How to associate the parameterised CDS

while associating a parameterised CDS under some other consuming CDS , how to pass parameters form consumption cds to the underlying parameterised cds.

Are you talking about HANA CDS Views or ABAP CDS Views (the link you posted refers to ABAP CDS Views). As you tagged your question with SAP HANA I assumed you are talking about HANA CDS Views.

I think the answer in the official documentation should answer your question (check the section Invoking a view with parameters here). If you have a specific scenario please share more details on that.
