Learning Center in SAP Marketing Cloud

Hello Experts,

In SAP Marketing Cloud you have the possibility to get help when you click on the question mark.

Is there a possibility that we can maintain our own content?

eg.: Creating an internal ticket and send it to the first,second or third level support.

At the moment I have not found a possibility.

Hi Christoph,

Help content can be enhanced when a customer buys a SAPEnableNow licence. Customers can then adapt the content that SAP delivers but also include their own assets. I am not sure whether your use case could be covered in this way. Feel free to reach out to me. I can liaise you with the SAPEnableNow expert.

Hi Christof,

I am not aware about any option, but it is a very good idea. I personally also know a couple of customer who would benefit from such a feature.

Do you know SAP Influence? It gives you an option to reach in ideas and requirements. Your requirements are validated by the respective product managers and can be up-voted by other customers and partners.
