how to set document language?

how to set document language? when I preview the document printing, it always shows "the template language is different from document language". I sure the template language is correct, but i don't know how to change document language.

I do not understand, imagine that you are working a layout in a language that is not localized. What you ought to do is create your layout, taking as reference a local layout.

Check also the document property in the layout, as in the general tab, the option of language.
