Zero Balance clearing account shows balance?

HI All,

My "zero balance clearing account" shows balance and hence my trial balance is not matching.

We have posted some WA(goods receipt) documents from MM side and cancelled those due to wrongly entered of internal order in those documents.And Debit line item is missing in those cancelled documents and hence credit amount is showing in my zero balance account.

How can i get rid of this problem and match my trial balance ?

Hi Sumiya,

Check the Trial Balance GL Line Item wise through FAGLL03/FBL3N - G/L Account Line Items.

If any correction reverse the Entry do it again.

One more Check the MM Transactions All materials are reversed are not.

Check the Stock Balance in MB5B through GL Wise Stock Account.

The document is a cancelled one.can it be reversed again?

i checked the material documents and the materials are also reversed.

And in MB5B the stock also shows properly.

What next i nned to check?

Hi,

you can't reverse Cancelled Documents.

Only way to reconcile Line Item wise.

Total Offsettings Value should be zero. check the Offsettings Dr & Cr Line Items.

Hi,

Have you checked OpenItem management in GL Master record of Offsettings GL Account.

If checked Go through FAGLL03 (ECC6.0) others (FBL3N).

Howmuch balance comming through Offsettings check with Vendor/Customer/Asset Balance.
