Dear Friends,
We have activated Po version managment and it is working fine
But , I would like to know for what changes the PO version managmnet will be triggered ?
E.g. If PO qty or price is changed it is triggering for new version .
But if cost center change or chnage in Plant it is not triggering for new version.
Could some one tell for what are the changes in PO the new version will be triggered. I have checked for any settings in sPRO with respect to field but for PO I could not see any thing . I could see only for PR there are setting so that we can make version triggered only if those fields are changed
Could some one help?

Go to SPRO > MM > Purchasing > Messages > Fields Relevant to Printouts of Changes
Here add the field EKPO-WERKS and then try to change the Plant in PO, it will trigger next Version. But, it will not work for Cost Center bcz it get stored oin EKKN table not in EKKO / EKPO, etc...

Is this setting "Go to SPRO > MM > Purchasing > Messages > Fields Relevant to Printouts of Changes " is for Version control.?
Also I could see that we can also use fields from other PO table e.g. EKET and it is not restricted only to EKKO and EKPOI

version is manged by making configuration setting. please follow the path and see what are the relevant fields for version management.
