hello please say me that in sap ecc6 index are reoraganize is automatic or manuley, if it manualy please say a tcode to reoragenize index and also say which tcode or how we found a index is need to re-oraganize

That has absolutely nothing to do with your SAP release .. no automatic reorganisation is done.

Use the BR*Tools for that.
