Display of GL

SAP Gurus,

I have wrongly created a GL in FS00 and then delete it using OBR2 . But when I search gls for entry in F-02 this GL still displays. How the deleted GL should not display at all so that there will be no confusion.

Hi

There are 2 options in OBR2 -

Only General master data in CoA

&

With Gen Master Data in Co.Code.

Make sure you have clicked both.

And also, make sure you have unselected "Test Run"

Even after following these steps the deleted GL still displays or shows in while selecting GL in F-02 for making entry . My question is how the deleted GL should not displayed at all .

Hi In OBR2 Select the Chart of Account and GL account then Execute.

Once check the Test Run later update the Production Run.

Hi

Delete the GL account under two deletion depths, in Chart of Accounts and in Company Code.

It will solve your problem.

In OBR2 did you delete it in both COA and company code?
