Error while creating Cost element for Reserves Liability account with 90

Hi,

When i am trying to create Cost Element for RESERVES liability account with cost element category 90,it is giving the below error. Kindly help me how can i create cost element for Liability account with category 90

G/L account 11060000 exists. Secondary c. elem. does not exist

Message no. KS035

Diagnosis

You chose the function "Create secondary cost element". Secondary cost elements may not have equivalent accounts in FI , meaning this account is not allowed to exist in FI as a G/L account. You attempted to create a secondary cost element which already exists in FI as a G/L account.

Procedure

Check whether you want to create cost element 11060000 as a secondary cost element.

Hi,

Cost element category 90 is system genarated because of that Balance sheet Items Cost element category not required.

When the system settlement through Internal Order/ WBS It's require the Cost element category for B/S Items that times system updates this Category.
