Hi,

Are you using a Scheduling job to print invoices??

Else you can setup your output types in transaction NACE to print invoices as and when you save a new invoice.

Then You can check in SP01, if you have spool number. Or you can check SM37 for all running job information. Then in that job you can identify by the program name for Printing invoice.

Thanks,

Raja

The job steps are stored in the table TBTCP. Assuming that the job uses the program RSNAST00 to print out the invoices, you'll just need to find out the variant name for the particular Sales Org. Then go to SE16 and search TBTCP table for the jobs with PROGNAME = RSNAST00 and VARIANT = name of the variant.

Or looking at all the jobs in SM37 might also work, of course, unless you have hundreds of them and the job name is meaningful. I'd suggest to look at Released jobs only.

Hi,

You can get the details of the job by using the T.Code "SM37".

Goto the T.Code "SM37".

Enter the "Job name" as "*".

User name as the "User name" who creted this scheduled job.

Select your job status. If your job is completed and released, then select the tick marks "Released" and "Finished".

Enter the date range.

Execute.

Krishna.
