Unable to supply two products to end market

Rejected Cr's not being sent back to CR originator, going to a different person who doesn't have CR access, CR's raised by A & B but when we rejected them back to the originators they both went to C who does not have CR access. I have Final Check Rejected both CR's to allow new CR's to be raised.

Hi Srinivas,

Do you know if users A and/or B have used the substitution or forward functionality to add user C as an agent?

Hi Srinivas,

Check your BRF+ decision table (user agent) and see the step when its get rejected. I think the issue must be in the BRF+
