Hi everyone,
I'm facing issues when trying to start an application on hanatrial.ondemand.com. Before starting the app, I stopped another app in the account. However, the app came into an unknown status with a process still running.
I can't stop the process by console client command (neo stop --application-process-id <ID>) for I have already delete the former app.
Does anyone have any idea of how to stop the process or list all the running application?
Hi Congqian, from the monitoring tool I see that there is one app (one process) is currently started in your trial account. Process ID "604...ca8" Did you try to stop it from the console by the full process ID? I can send it to you by mail.
Regards,
Anton

I remember I had this once when I started the app from HANA Studio. Then I tried to stop from the cockpit, no luck. I also tried via console, still no luck, and if I remember re-starting it from the Studio was the only way to fix. I have no idea whether in your scenario you have HANA Studio and whether it'll help, just saying that it happened to me once and that was the way out.

Hi Ervin,
I have tried this command, but still not work. The former app's status and process ID could not be obtained for it has been deleted. And if I redeploy the app and monitor the status, it is in the state of stopped. I'm wondering maybe there's a process running in the background hana platform.
Regards,
Congqian
