Hi All,
I have used SWIA to cancel the workflow and the workflow now shows status "canceled"
But the purchase requisition is still in user SAP email box.
Any idea?

Hi,
There is no requisition in the inbox, there is only workitems. You can check the workflow log directly from the inbox to figure out why this item was not logically deleted.
Usually approving of a requisition triggers an event that is used in the workflow to terminate the approval section, if this is the case then either your workflow is not modeled correctly or something went wrong with the triggering of the event.

Email and workitem is two different thing. After cancel Workitem will vanish, but not email.

Actually, the issue was coming from the layout of the transaction code SWIA screen. There were 2 workflow items for the same requisition.
So I deleted the 2nd workflow and the requisition has disappeared from the user sap email box.

Thank you Anjan, but user has refereshed his sap email box and the requisition is still there. I have to say that requisition has already been approved by user.
