Directly create billing n accounting from IC PO

Hi,

Is there any way to directly create a billing and accounting document from an IC PO instead of creating a sales order?

I guess, thru VL10B, you can create delivery and in turn with ref to that , can create billing doc.

But does this transaction create a billing and accounting document? Because the screen says Purchase orders, fast display..Moreoover how can i create the billing with this reference? Can you please give me more detailed idea.

VL10B, will create delivery. Take that delivery dcoument number and create billing document in VF01.

We are creating this IC PO just to create the billing and accounting between two company codes, moreover we don't have any delivery for this IC PO. We are creating this billing and accounting to show the financial transactions between the company codes.

Could you please tell me is there any other way, without the delivery..Thanks..

In that case why do you want to go for PO option ? why dont you make a setting in FBKP and clearing between company codes accounts and then make JVs ?

There is no way, as far as I know to book billing directly from PO. If possible, please explian business scenario. That could help us to provide a solution.
