PO struck in BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB

Hi,

Scenario: Classic.

In my system, 6 carts created by one user, and struck in item transfer in process. What ever the carts created by the user all are not going to backend system. I have checked no error for the user.

Here all the documents are in BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB TABLE. Even if i Run Clear_reqreq_up and bbp_get_status_2 no use.

And even if run FM BBP_REQREQ_transfer also no result.

Could some one please suggest.

table must be clean.

escalate to SAP . they supply one note to delete this unwanted POs in the BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB .

did you delete any PO w.r.t sc ? and PO created a new for that sc ?

Are you in production syatem ?

if it is testing. you can manually clear them

I a in production system.

Here in the BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB for the SC it is showing a PO number. But if i go and check in the backend system it is not there.

As advised , I will approach the SAP to clean the BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB.

Go ahead.

As you aware clean req must have remove this PO . but you also Help SAP what you did in the sc. it helps them to resolve the problem immediately. As a good practice table must be clean always.

if the PO reached , we may delete this entry in BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB. but in your case no PO created in ECC.

Hi,

it's strange.. if you run the FM BBP_REQREQ_transfer for that perticular SC if any error occured it could be visible in RZ20 or BBP_PD

check in BBP_PD is vendor is assigend or not for that perticular SC's

check the user attributes in org.structure.
