View All button is disable on Outgoing file overview page

Hi All,

I want to download some payment file but after going into liquidity management---payment monitor-- -all payments file----outbound file id after clicking that outbound file id im unable to click on View All button as it is in disable mode

Can anyone help me to do enable it .

do you have access to the Payment Management Workcenter?

This should give you the right to open the complete UI.
