Collective Entry of Backflushes

Hi All,

We have MF42N T.code for collective entry of Backflushes, but here you can backflush collectively if all the materials production version is same.

My requirement is to backflush different materials with different production versions collectively at once is there any std method in SAP if not how can we achieve this.

Dear Venkata Ramana,

What is your exact query?Do you mean to say you want to manually select the production version for the product at the time of

backflush?

1.This is generally used or required when a production version is to be choosen that is different from the one used for

standard cost estimate at the time of backflush.

2.Say suppose PV1 is used for standard cost estimate and you want to use PV2 for production confirmation in the same

period.

You may not be able to execute this properly in MF42N,but possible in MFBF.

Dear Mangalraj & Anupam,

My query is to collectively backflush different material each material will be having 9 PVs Now I want to back flush same material with t least 3 PVs for different qtys (this is because same material will be manufactured in three different plants using different mterial combinations) We will manufacture round 25 materials like this So Now I want to backflush these materials.

For simplyfying my query I need a column in MF42N where I can enter my desired PV for each material (like in the place of To Loc). Hope my query is clear.

HI

You can do the same with the filed givedn production version under Backflushed item tab

where you can backflush the same material on different PV or Different material on different PVs

Check and revert

Hi Velumurgan, Anupam & Mangalraj,

Thankyou verymuch for all of your valudable inputs as anupam said PVs can be entered in the MF42N which is correct but I couldn't able to see because it was hidden . After Velumurgans post I saw table control and made it visible and I made some unnecessary fields as hidden. My problem is solved.

You can Backflush the material with different PVs in MF42N .Plz proceed with the backflush item and in default values only give plant and posting date , in the column in lower part os the screen you can give the desired PV for different material.

Dont enter Version in 'default values for new item' . Even if youenter In item level 'Backflush items' you can change the version for each and individual item.Pls check it.
