Having issue with rebate access sequence

Former Member

Hi guys!

I have come across this issue and I will try to explain it in detail below:

I have created a rebate agreement 123 with 0 rebate rate and 13.8% accrual rate. The rebate condition has the combination of Sales Area/ Payer which in this case is Sales Area 1000 10 10 and Payer XYZ.

Then a deletion indicator was set on the condition record.

Now this document was mistakenly settled with 0 value and shows the document status as D (Final Settlement of Agreement Already Carried Out).

Another rebate agreement 345 with 0 rebate rate and 13.8% accrual rate was created with the same details as above i.e. same sales area and same payer.

The problem now is that SAP does not accrue when an Invoice is posted. While investigating the pricing analysis it was identified that it tried to access first rebate agreement 123 (which had deletion indicator) and it shows Access details as : Message 118 Condition record has been deleted. It does not pick up the active 345 rebate agreement which is causing missing accrual posting on Invoice.

Any help would be appreciated.

Well... did not get any answers for this from the scn guys. So I digged deeper and identified that we can resolve this by cancelling Invoice and creating a new invoice and using update pricing in conditions tab (item level). From there select update rebate conditions and it will populate the accrual field with the active conditon.
