Wrapper server proxy

Hi,

Requirement:

I need to cal BAPI_ACC_INVOICE_RECEIPT_POST to post the invoice and BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT in a wrapper server proxy.

I need to call the corresponding inbound service interface instead of the BAPI in the interface determination in PI.

(Which proxy should I use: ABAP or java and how)

Kindly explain in detail how I can achieve this.
