Is there any BAPI for QPR4 transaction functionality?

we need to do QPR4 (drawing number release function) in report.

Solved with using JEST table and Function module

I am facing the same problem in ECC 6.0. BDC is not working for QPR4.

You have solved it with JEST Table & function module.

So Please give the name of Function module(s) & if possible send steps / code of it.
