Simulation version in Project builder

Hi Experts

As per PLM210 (Page 103)m "Simulation versions are edited using the project planning board or - as of SAP R/3 4.6C - using the Project Builder".

But I could not open simulation version in Project Builder or PPB.

Is there any setting need to be done to achieve this?

in project builder

go to settings -> options

tick simulations

Can you guide me in creating opertative project P-1234 from simulation version P-1234/SIM001

Similarly creating simulatiion version P-1234/SIM002 from operative project P-1234

Let me know whether I can carry out these processes in PB or to go for CJV* Transactions?

you need to go to CJV* transactions for that

in Project Builder these can be viewed or edited
