Isuue with output

Dear Sap gurus,

1.On the output for S1 invoices it doesn't appear the values for freight cost.

Freight cost is not appering, Please advice me on why the freight cost is not appering on the Invoice(s1).

2.At the header level of the output for (S2) Invoices should appear a text :"This document cancels the invoice no:....". This text should be similar to the text that appears at the header level on the output for S1 invoices.

Please let me know why this text is not getting printed?

Since this is production issue with high priority? pls hekp me out gurus.

Dear Phani,

Firstly, the Outputs from SAP are controlled by Prinintg Programs which are generally Smartforms (& some time SAP Scripts).

Now these Printing Programs are attached to Output type that you assign to Invoices / Sales Order to take Print outs.

E.g. Standard output type for Invoices is RD00. To see Printing Program attached to Output type Use T-Code NACE.

Select V3 for Billing then select required Output & ten select Processing Routines on the left side.

Here you can see the Smartform Form attached to the output type.

Above was for your information.

Coming to your requirement, for any changes on Output, please give the necessary requirements to your ABAPer because he is the best / concerned person to make neccesary changes on Smartform.
