FI - PS (Project Systems) Integration Issue

Hi,

I have created WBS elements & Project Structure. I have also maintained planned values for WBS elements for that project. Now i have settled the Planned values of that project.

My issue is - I need to bring that Planned values to Balance sheet as Reserves. Kindly Help me - How can i bring those Planned values of WBS/Project into Balance Sheet as Reserves?

Hi Emergys Corp,

There is no Link for Planned values link to Reservation GL. If you want to post reservation do it manually.

But the system calculate planned values through material Valuation class GL(cost Element) wise.

Hi Kishor,

Planning and Budgeting is done in controlling module and it is a management accounting hence there will be no accounting document posting. If you are creating reserve then it has to be done manually.

What ever Mr Babu said is right. There is no link between PS planning and FI. Both are seperate.

Generally CO people plan the Activity Type in Controlling and base on that in PS it will calculates the Actual cost. One more thing is PS you are doing Planning and your not hitting any GL then how can you show this in Balancesheet.

Talk to your PS consultant. As per my knowledge this is not possible.
