PO can be printed without release ONLY from one User id.

Hi All,

We are facing a problem, that PO can be printed before release. Configuration is correct.This is happening only for one user id. No other user is able to do so. Is it related with the roles and authorizations or the user parameters in SU01D? Which authorization objects to chekc in this case?

Kindly throw some light on it....

No. We use ME9F or ME22N.

Hi

PO cannot be printed unless it is released. Can you check whether it is at time of change print or re-print (after modifying PO - without releasing user is trying to print the PO)? Or else is it from print preview tab in PO (there is a option to print from print preview directly)? I dont think it is because of user adminstraion/ roles. Please check
