Recipient could not be determined.....

dear all,

Greetings!!!!

I created a DIR through CV01n,maintain all user authorization,and all other fields.Document got created but got some errors in doc distribution...

Steps which I carried:-

1)----

---

CV01n

2)----

---

maintain recipient list.

3)cv03n-------start distribution .

4)cv03n-----maintain recipeint list,document list and distribution type RMA.

5)after executing the function Initial order got created.

6)But still no message received to users....

7)in Distribution log(cvi9) error is :-

No receipient could be determined...

msg no:-25178.

Could you share some points on this error...Plz guide me if I am getting wrong..

Dear Rahul,

please check your settings in TA SO16, whether the flag for 'Organizational units' is set on tab 'Adressing'.

THANKS A LOT FOR YOUR ANSWER...PROBLEM SOLVED.....

Just one question,when I am sendind the doc through distribution system,out of 4,all of users are able to receive the mail,but only one user is getting following error...

"unable to find the path of file"...

Hi Rahul,

as only one user is affected by this error, maybe the reason is that this user has no access to the specific path. This could happen if the path is some network path where this user has no authorization for.
