Business partner with GUID XXX does not exist

I was trying to do an initial load from ERP to CRM and I get this error. The BP exists but it has another GUID, same BP Number but differente GUID.

Do you know any way of changing the PARTNER GUID of the existing BP without deleting them?

Message No. R11124

Validation error occurred: Module CRM_BUPA_MAIN_VAL, BDoc type BUPA_MAIN

Message No. SMW3018

The error is clear, the GUID is different between systems because the BP at the CRM was created manually sending an idoc from the ERP in the past. Now we configured the middleware. Any way of align this?
