how to reverse header material and components in Production order

Hi All ,

I need to reverse header material and its components of a production order . I have cancelled confirmation of production order in CO13 . now the order is in REL DLV status . CNF was removed when i cancelled .Now to reverse components and header material , i tried in MB1A using mvt type 262 movement type , but could not able to reverse .When i try using MIGO -cancellation , with material doc number which i got from MB51 ,system is throwing error "material doc cannot be processed " with error message Message no. M7130

Pl advice on how to reverse header material and components for this prod order

Hello sowrya masarapu,

261 movement type if you done through Co11n (back-flush) cant be reversed through MIGO its standard.It can be done CO13 or Co11n (In Goods movement screen changing movement type as 262).

If your goods movements were posted during the confirmation (backflush), then they should be cancelled with the confirmation cancellation in CO13. Check if there was an error when posting those goods movements in CO1P or COGI.
