My client ask me if I integrate Performance Management to Enterprise Compensation Management. I have a doubt , can I do integrate only in flexible performance management process or can I integrate predefined performance management process, also.
I tell customer next week. SAP Help does not say much.

You can definitely integrate performance management with ECM. The integration can be achieved by following:
SPRO>Personnel Management>Enterprise Compensation Management>Compensation Administration>Eligibility>Define Appraisal Rules. Here you configure appraisal rules by using the appraisal template (VA)
SPRO>Personnel Management>Enterprise Compensation Management>Compensation Administration>Eligibility>Define Eligibility Rules. Here you link the eligibility rule variant and eligibility rules with appraisal criterion.
We also have certain BAdIs to put in custom logic using PM ratings, points etc.
The appraisal data is read from IT0025.
